Nautilus Display Models

Custom Replicas Nautilus Buildup (static display)

This page will show the buildup of my Custom Replicas Nautilus. This will be a breathtaking display and will include operational lights in three modes. Operational propeller and even a partial salon interior with crew!

Built from a 32nd Parallel hull, this model was terribly inaccurate and required a lot of work to get to look like the real thing. Nonetheless, it would have been a hugely intimidating model at the pond!

Imperial Japanese Navy "B" Class

Built from the Scale Shipyard's fibreglass hull, this model is a true "kit". Purchased from a fellow SubCommittee member, it includes all of the fittings and details necessary for an accurate model, including the float plane for the scale hangar.

3.5" Diameter Water Tight Cylinder

Built off of a D&E Miniatures WTC3.5MOD2 cylinder, this WTC has seen several upgrades. This unit utilizes liquid tetraflourethyne (air brush propellant) for ballast.

Underwater Camera System Project - SOLD

Built with a full-color micro camera and a D&E Miniatures watertight housing, this unit is perfect for viewing the action from the submariner's perspective.
